3680737 - How to handle cannot create SSLengine error during System Replication registration

You are doing system replication registration, and received error message like:

• ...unable to contact primary site host <host>:4xx02. connection refused
• ...unable to contact primary site host <host>:4xx06. connection refused

However the 4xx02 and 4xx06 port for primary host is opened and could be telnet.

Looking into nameserver_<host>.00000.xxx.trc file, you find error message like:
