Symptom

This KBA explains how to hide the "Apply Planned Time" checkbox in the time sheet UI Quick Create button.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Sheet
  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

Resolution

  1. Check field "Apply Planned Time" and click the dropdown list, all available attendance Time Types are displayed. 
  2. Navigate to Manage Data and open the employee's Time Profile, set the field "Available for Apply Planned Time" to No in the details of above Time Types. 
  3. The "Apply Planned Time" check box is hidden now.
