3680840 - Self Service Portal Not Usable on Mobile Devices – Screen Does Not Scroll or Display Buttons Properly

Symptom

  • When creating a Service Request from the Self Service Portal on a mobile device, the screen does not scroll vertically.
  • As a result, users are unable to access or press the buttons required to continue the request creation process.
  • This issue occurs when the mobile device is placed in horizontal (landscape) orientation to view the full equipment hierarchy.
  • In vertical (portrait) orientation, the hierarchy display is incomplete or not fully readable.
