3680860 - Help text button inconsistently displayed in Compensation portlet of New People Profile

• Help text button is inconsistently displayed in the Compensation portlet of the New People Profile.
• For some users the button will not show. 
• The issue affects both employees and administrators when viewing the profile. 
• Proxying employees reveals help text button for some users but not for others. 
  
  

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Log in to the system as an administrator or proxy user.
2. Navigate to the New People Profile portlet with a help button e.g. Compensation Portlet. 
3. Observe that the help text button appears for some users but not for others.
   
   

This is a known issue. 

• Engineering have found the cause and have implemented a fix pending the 1H 2026 release.
