3680894 - Pop-up screen functionality issue in SAP S/4HANA WebClient Framework environment

Symptom

  • The pop-up screen functionality for message class CRM_PRODUCT_I no. 421, configured in service customizing by marking the 'Display Active' field, is not working in the WebClient Framework (WCF) environment.
  • In the GUI environment, the pop-up screen is displayed as defined in customizing, but in the WCF environment (Fiori Apps), the system only shows the dialogue instead of the pop-up screen.
