Symptom

  • When attempting to archive the object Print Document Header (ISU_PRDOCH), the following error message appears: "There is no archivable print document header data available." 
  • The error message: "No archivable print document headers data exists" appears when archiving a document with status '2' in the field 'items_archived'.
