3680934 - Unable to Attach Compliance Documents to Onboarding Emails - Onboarding

• Compliance documents such as W4 Federal forms, US State withholding forms, Wage Theft Protection Act, Work Opportunity Tax Credit, I9, VEVRAA Voluntary Self-Identification of Veteran, and US: CC-305 Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability cannot be attached to onboarding emails.
• When creating an email template and configuring a business rule under "Rules for Dynamic Documents," only signed documents are available for selection, excluding compliance documents.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to the Email Services.
2. Create a new email template.
3. Attempt to configure a business rule under "Rules for Dynamic Documents."
4. Observe that only signed documents are available for selection, excluding compliance documents.
5. Attempt to use different email categories and verify that the compliance documents are still not available for selection.

• Compliance forms must be uploaded in the "Maintain Onboarding Offboarding Document Templates" page under the category of Compliance to be included in the business rule for email attachments.
  
  

1. Ensure that the required compliance documents are uploaded in the "Maintain Onboarding Offboarding Document Templates" page under the category of Compliance.
2. Note that it is not possible to add compliance forms such as I9 and others directly to emails as attachments. Only documents uploaded under the Compliance category in the "Maintain Onboarding Offboarding Document Templates" page can be added to the business rule for email attachments.
