3681005 - Feature Flag Considerations when Configuring the WorkForce Suite

Symptom

Feature flagging is the means by which specific capabilities of the WorkForce Suite platform can be enabled or disabled. Feature flags are not a configuration tool, and most feature flags should never be changed. However, a few have specific impact on customer configuration and must be understood by project teams. There are also a small number of scenarios where an implementer may need to submit a request to change a feature flag setting for their customer's environments.
