3681019 - COMMON_COMPETENCY key missing in Manage Languages and Text replacement. 

Symptom

COMMON_COMPETENCY key cannot be found in Manage Languages or Text replacement. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Manage Languages.
  2. Find the language which you wish to review or edit. 
  3. Go to the Custom Translation page for that language (see screenshots below). 
  4. Search for COMMON_Competency or common_competency. 
  5. Either there is no result or another label is returned e.g. COMMON_Competency_Description. 

Cause

The search function of Manage Language is case-sensitive.

Resolution

Please ensure that when searching for the label "COMMON_COMPETENCY" to do so in higher case.
