3681036 - Prices not showing after changing market

When changing market and currency, prices from products returns to zero.

SAP CPQ connected with Variant Configuration Pricing.

• The issue was caused by a currency custom field being set in the determination fields for pricing attributes.
• When currency is set in the determination formula, SAP CPQ triggers reconfigure before the currency is changed, leading to the error.

1. Remove the currency custom field from the determination fields for pricing attributes.
2. If you wish to change market/currency, reconfiguration should be triggered after, either manually or throw scripting.
