3681063 - Header Text is not copied automatically from the sales order to outbound delivery and billing invoice.

Header text maintained in the Sales Order is not being copied automatically to subsequent documents such as 'Outbound Delivery' and 'Billing Document', despite the respective text IDs are maintained with their corresponding access sequences in the below configuration activities.

• Set Up Text Determination for Sales Document Header(101290)
• Set Up Text Determination for Delivery Header(101291)
• Set Up Text Determination for Billing Header(101292) 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Although the text IDs have access sequences assigned to them, the respective access sequences do not contain entries defining the source of the text, as a result, the system has no logic defined to determine where to fetch the text from during document flow, so the text copy process fails.

Maintain the missing text IDs under the respective access sequences for all header text determinations (Sales Document, Delivery, and Billing):

1. Open the configuration activity 'Set Up Text Determination for Billing Header(101292)'.
2. Go to Access Sequences for Text IDs
3. Open the respective Access Sequence and click on Edit.
4. Add a new entry here under the access sequence for the respective Text ID and Save it.
5. Repeat the same steps in configuration activities 'Set Up Text Determination for Sales Document Header' and 'Set Up Text Determination for Delivery Header'.
