3681069 - Notes Card not visible in Latest People Profile Configuration

• The issue pertains to the migration of Legacy People Profile configurations to the Latest People Profile in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Notes migrated successfully according to the Migration Job Results spreadsheet, but the Notes Card is not visible in the Latest People Profile configuration.

People Profile - Full Profile

1. Navigate to the profile.
2. Confirm that the Notes card is not visible on the home page.

The Notes Block is not available in version 2505.

1. Update the system version to 2511, scheduled for release on November 14, 2025.
2. After the update, proceed to migrate the Legacy People Profile Configuration again.
3. Utilize Configuration Transport Center to partially preserve the configuration work done prior to migration.

*** The NOTE block is scheduled for deprecation in 2026. To assist customers during the transition, it will remain available for migration in a later release. We have observed that some customers have already shifted to the MDF solution to meet their business needs. For similar functionality, it is now recommended to utilize the Talent Feedback feature.
