3681076 - My Timesheet V3 error by activate a structure/table after manual steps of note implementation

Symptom

Trying to implement a SAP note which have manual steps for a table/structure. The new field is with STRING type.
By activate the structure getting the following errors: "Component type or domain used not active or does not exist" "Data type does not exist "
