3681083 - Sales Quote no longer editable after being set as Won

Symptom

After setting the Progress status in a Sales Quote as Won, the Quote becomes read-only.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open any Sales Quote
  2. Change the Progress to Won
  3. The Sales Quote is now read-only

Cause

The Won status represents the final business state, so the Sales Quote can no longer be changed once this happens. If changes are needed, the progress can be reverted back.

Resolution

This is the expected behaviour of the system.
