3681092 - Value Help options for City Field Missing in the Business Partner

Symptom

While creating or editing a Business Partner, the City field dropdown does not show available value help options.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

Open the 'Manage Business Partner Master Data' app.
Select an existing Business Partner or create a new one.
Navigate to the Address tab.
Enter a country (e.g., Taiwan TW).
Move to the City field.
Click the search icon.
Observe that no dropdown or list appears.

Cause

This is the system standard behavior.

Resolution

Currently, value help is available only for the country Colombia due to a legal requirement. Refer to: Legal requirement for Colombia - SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
For all other countries, users can manually enter the City value.
