3681094 - After patch update facing error "HTTP Communication Error-Could not retrieve oAuth Token" is occurred.

• After updating the Java patch level, facing the below error:
  "java.lang.RuntimeException: HTTP Communication Error. Could not retrieve oAuth Token" 
  
  
• In the HTTP traces could see the below error,
  REPLY: 
  HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request OR {"error":"unsupported_grant_type"}
  
  
• The REST receiver channel is injecting duplicate parameters defined in the additional parameters of channel into the token request body for grant_type, client_id, client_secret, and X-Api-Key.
