3681150 - Multiattachmentselection field is not pulling data from Candidate Profile when Application is created via API - RCM

When a Job Application is created via OData API, the multiattachment selection fields are not pulling the attachments from the Candidate Profile when the Candidate Snapshot (which is taken when an operator opens the application for the first time) happens.

This is a known behavior of the system, and the Engineering team is working on improving this in the future. Currently, there is no estimated date for this to be included.
