3681266 - Meter reading value not saved if identical to the previous one

Symptom

  • When using the "Take Readings" option in the Work Order (WO) details page of the SAP Asset Manager application, if the current meter reading is identical to the previous one, the reading is not saved and is silently discarded.
  • The system does not generate or save a reading entry in SAP.
