Symptom

  • Error occurs in SSAM while switching prepared and prepare statuses in an isolation certificate.
  • Error message: "Mobile Status &1 not supported".
  • The document transitions from CHNG (Change Mode) to PREP status locally as expected, but fails during application synchronization.
  • The status CHNG is configured and mapped in the MDK Configuration.
