3681286 - No data in dropdown list for One Time Payment in Full Profile

Symptom

  • The Pay Component Non-Recurring dropdown list displays "No Data" when attempting to create data via Full Profile > Compensation > One-Time Payments.
  • By contrast, it displays correct pay components when creating data via All Actions > One-Time Payments.

Cause

An invalid association was configured on the pay-component-code field in Manage Business Configuration > payComponentNonRecurring.

Resolution

  1. Go to Check Tool to run check for association.
  2. Correct the invalid association configuration.
