3681297 - Active Content Detection not working when proxy as other user

Symptom

 When proxying as other user, uploading files containing active content is not blocked by Active Content Detection, and can be successfully uploaded.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

1.Enable the Active Content Detection in the Provisioning Settings 

2.Login instance-->proxy as other user

3.Upload a file containing active content in the profile or org chart

4.The upload was successful, and the system did not block it.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

There are no restrictions on the Proxy module.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.
