Symptom

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, there is the need to create a new withholding tax code with a different withholding tax rate under existing withholding tax type. You would like to know how.

Cause

Resolution

  1. Navigate to SSCUI 104227 Define Withholding Tax Codes.
  2. Click on "New Entries" to create a new withholding tax code.
  3. Follow the details of other tax codes in existing withholding tax type, except the withholding tax rate field. Also assign a new tax code and description for it.
  4. Save to see new withholding tax code is created.
