Alumni process status not changing after offboardee termination, still unavailable in Offboarding Dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate termination event from Employee Central (EC).
2. Employee moves to the Offboarding Dashboard.
3. Observe that the Alumni process status remains unavailable after termination date.

Offboardee's username data issue, there is another user has the same username with offboardee.

1. Verify the terminated employee's username in the system.
2. Ensure that the username is unique and does not conflict with any existing username in the system.
