3681367 - Onboarding super admin access request - onboarding 1.0

Symptom

  • Super Admin access request for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 was rejected by SAP due to invalid certification.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access SAP SuccessFactors HCM Cloud Operations Portal and navigate to the Operation Requests tab.
  2. Under ONB Requests, select ONB Super Admin Access Request.
  3. Provide the details required by the request form.
  4. Click the 'Submit' button to initiate the request for grant access.
  5. Observe that the requested Super Admin access has been rejected by SAP due to invalid certification.

Cause

Certification is not valid.

Resolution

  1. Please collect the user's email to request Super Admin access and create a service request for the Operations team to provide Super Admin access.
