3681390 - Articles app remains empty after SAP Customer Checkout Manager upgrade

Symptom

  • After upgrading SAP Customer Checkout Manager from Feature 13 to Feature 20, the Articles app displays a blank screen when opened.
  • Increasing memory pool settings and testing on different browsers (Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge) did not resolve the issue.
  • Testing the new patch level shared by SAP Support resulted in the Articles app opening but remaining empty.
  • The issue was reproduced in SAP's sandbox environment after upgrading the provided Feature 13 database to Feature 21 Patch Level 17.
