3681398 - Minimum and Maximum amount not considered in charge recalculation after quantity update for flat rate charge line

Symptom

Customer has SAP Note 3278475 - Minimum or maximum amount is not considered during charge calculation when a charge line has a flat rate with calculation rule implemented. When a user updates the quantity at the charge line level, Minimum and Maximum amount maintained for the charge type in TCCS is not considered.
