3681415 - Unexpected Open Quantity of Input Product in Data Source "Production Orders By Header Input Products"

Input product ABC has been confirmed with quantity X in supply/make task, and the task has been finished. In data source "Production Orders By Header Input Products", search corresponding production order DEF, for corresponding operation and product ABC, fulfilled quantity is X, open quantity is zero. 

Now open production lot DEF, perform adjustment confirmation to deduct X quantity for product ABC against corresponding task. Check in data source "Production Orders By Header Input Products" again, for corresponding operation and product ABC, fulfilled quantity is zero, open quantity is also zero. 

Why open quantity is still zero after adjustment confirmation?

*ABC represents product ID

*DEF represents production order/lot ID

*X represents quantity

Once a supply/make task is finished, open quantity of all input products will become zero. No matter what adjustment confirmation is done in corresponding production lot, the number stay still as zero.

Therefore, data source "Production Orders By Header Input Products" shows zero open quantity as well.
