3681430 - Card Help translations are not being saved in Configure Latest People Profile - 2H 2025

Where adding multiple translations via Card Help text (e.g. for Background or User Information blocks) in Configure Latest People Profile for different languages, the data does not get saved.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Navigate to Configure Latest People Profile
2. On any category
3. Select Edit
4. Then in  the Card Help
5. Click on the Translate Icon
6. Add the translations for different languages and save it.
7. Verify that the added translations are not saved.

This issue occurs when copying and pasting content.

This is a known defect.

This issue will be fixed in 1H 2026 release.

Workaround:

• After pasting content, type anything like "a" and then delete "a" before saving.

OR

• After pasting content, click on any of these buttons above the editor twice before saving.
