3681501 - Cannot access apps "Change WBS Element (CJ12)" and "Create WBS Element (CJ11)" in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, the apps "Change WBS element (CJ12)" and "Create WBS element (CJ11)" are not accessible.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Fiori Launchpad.
  2. Search for CJ11 or CJ12.

Cause

App CJ11 and CJ12 not available in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, these apps are only available in SAP S/4HANA (Private Cloud and On-Premise) only.

Resolution

  1. Use the "Project Planning" app to access functionalities related to WBS elements.
