3681505 - "Card Help" Text & Translations Cannot Be Maintained Simultaneously For Performance & Goals Cards in "Configure Latest People Profile"

When maintaining ‘Card Help’ text and translations for cards under the ‘Performance And Goals’ section of ‘Configure Latest People Profile’, the text and translations cannot be maintained at the same time. If you add only ‘Card Help’ text or the ‘Card Help’ translations, they can be saved and retained, but if you add both at once and save, on refresh, everything added is removed. Additionally, if you add ‘Card Help’ text and save, it is retained, but if you then add ‘Card Help’ translations and save, the ‘Card Help’ text is removed, and vice versa.

• Log into environment
• Go to ‘Configure Latest People Profile’
• Go to ‘Performance And Goals’ section
• Edit one of the cards, e.g. ‘Performance History’
• Add/edit ‘Card Help’ default text
• Select globe icon and add/edit the ‘Card Help’ translation text for one or more languages
• Select ‘OK’ and ‘Save’ after changes, page automatically refreshes
• See ‘Card Help’ default text and translation text are wiped out

Code issue

This is a known issue which has been investigated by our Engineers, and will be resolved with ECT-263210 in the 1H 2026 release.
