3681506 - Managing Custom Translations for Labels and UDFs

Symptom

The system displays standard translations by default. In some cases, the label key and value are identical (for example, Service call code → Service Call Code), meaning the translation is already applied.

However, for certain fields or system labels, the key may appear as a technical identifier (for example, WFM_PLANNING_BOARD_PAGE_TITLE  Dispatching Board). These keys can be manually adjusted through the Admin → Translation → Label Translation section.

The purpose of this process is to customize or override the standard translated values — not to correct missing translations. This applies to both standard system labels and UDFs, allowing you to adapt them to your organization’s specific terminology or language preferences.
