3681550 - 2H 2025 - CPI Endpoint URL does not trigger when Candidate makes changes to References Background Element - Recruiting Management

CPI Endpoint URL do not trigger Event when Candidate logins and makes changes or adds a new record to References Section. It does work if a User makes the same changes from the UI.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. As a Candidate to Career Site
2. Make changes such as adding a reference to the References Section background Element
3. In the UI go to Intelligent Services Center
4. See that no Event got triggered for the “Update of Candidate Profile”
5. Proxy as user
6. Open the same Candidate Profile
7. Add References Background Element to the Profile
8. G back to Intelligent Services Center and see that CPI Endpoint URL triggered the Event

This is a known release issue, addressed in a code fix released on 2511p5 (18-Nov-2025 Preview). For updated patch information in production, please see link.
