Symptom

Unable to find the Business Partner related Alias data.

Environment

S/4 HANA Public Cloud Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the APP Maintain Business Partner.
  2. Unable to view the Business Partner Alias data.

Resolution

  1. Open the APP Maintain Business Partner.
  2. Select Business Partner & role FS0000 Financial Services BP.
  3. Navigate to Additional Names.
  4. Verify that the Alias name is populated in this section.
