3681681 - Issues with eligibility under Variable Pay forms

Symptom

Eligibility configuration is not working for Variable Pay forms:

  • Employees that should be eligible for Variable Pay forms, are not.
  • Employees that should NOT be eligible for Variable Pay forms, are.

Resolution

For Variable Pay templates, there are different levels of eligibility. Employees must meet all of them to be eligible or ineligible for that form:

  1. Employee History Eligibility Rule (defined under Compensation Home > Settings > Employee Central Settings);
  2. Bonus Plan Eligibility Rule (defined under Compensation Home > Plan Details > Bonus Plan Eligibility Rules);
  3. Manager From Eligibility (usual Eligibility Rules) (defined under Compensation Home > Plan Details > Eligibility).

NOTE: remember to check the Starting Point of Eligibility
