3681733 - Document Flow for Contracts: Related Ticket Not Displayed

Symptom

When viewing the Document Flow for a Contract or a Ticket linked to that Contract, they do not appear as linked in the Document Flow tab.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Contracts WC.
  2. Search for and open any Contract.
  3. Go to the Tickets tab.
  4. Click New to create a Ticket.
  5. Observe that there is no reference between the Contract and the Ticket in the Document Flow tab.

Cause

The Contract Document Flow displays only Follow-Up Tickets. Call-Off Tickets (or Tickets automatically created through Contract determination) are not shown.

This behavior is intentional. A single Contract can generate a large number of Call-Off Tickets, which could overwhelm the Document Flow view. To maintain performance and clarity, only Follow-Up Tickets are displayed.

Resolution

This is the standard behavior of the system.
