  Description
  The Equal Employment Opportunity Analysis (EEO) report for the United States, provides a breakdown of the workforce for each EEO (equal employment opportunity) job category by gender and ethnic group. This can be used to prepare the EEO-1 report that US companies are legally required to submit to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
  
  NOTE This template is only an additional tool for your reporting requirements, and it mustn't be considered legal advice.
  
  Prerequisites for Using the Report: In addition to the gender, it is required to maintain the US specific fields “Ethnic Group” and “EEO1-Job Category” for each employee.
  
  The EEO1-report needs to be provided for a certain “establishment” which is related to a certain location which means to a certain place with a concrete address. To generate the respective EEO1-output, it’s required to select the appropriate combination of “Legal Entities” and “Locations”. It needs to be decided by the report user to select the expected combination of “Legal Entities” and “Locations to generate the output for “Individual Establishments” or a “Consolidated Report”
