3681769 - Address Information summary for multiple records in Latest People Profile - Employee Central

When at least 2+ address types are maintained in the employee profile, the summary information only shows City, Zip Code and Country.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Access the Employee Profile page.
2. Open the Personal Information portlet.
3. Add multiple address records (e.g., permanent, temporary, mailing).
4. Observe the Addresses summary tile in the Latest Full Profile view.

The summary information only shows City, Zip Code and Country when having multiple records.

You can control through City, Zip Code and Country in Manage Business Configuration by disabling or enabling these fields.

However, if you want to be able to improve system's usability, you may consider submitting an Enhancement Idea.
