Interview Confirmation to Interviewers meeting invites are not being received by the interviewers sometimes.

The meeting invite contains attachment file(s) that exceed 3MB.

If the meeting invite contains tokens such as [[ATTACHMENT_RESUME]] or [[ATTACHMENT_COVER_LETTER]], the size of the files may vary, and this is why the emails may be received intermittently.

To attach files greater than 3MB to meeting invites, Microsoft recommends enabling the Mail.ReadWrite Application permission.
