Symptom

The below error occurs when when opening a dashboard:

  • No authorized reports available

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer
  • SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Analytics work center.
  2. Go to Dashboard view.
  3. Open any dashboard.
  4. You will get error message "no authorized reports available".

Resolution

Please create a new dashboard with the same reports from scratch.
