3681832 - Error "Looks like something went wrong" in Payment Information Card FPP - 2H 2025

The Payment Information Card within the Personal Data section of the Full People Profile is not visible. Error message displayed: "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again. If the issue persists, contact your system administrator."

1. Navigate to user profile when Full Profile is enabled.
2. Go to Personal data, then Payment information card.
3. Observe the error message: "Looks like something went wrong."

Workaround: Navigate to Company System and Logo Settings and temporarily Disable Full Profile for the Latest People Profile.
