3681835 - Alumni not available after employee's termination - Onboarding

Terminated employee is not converted to Alumni after offboarding completion.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Confirm that the Alumni Experience is set up properly.
2. Configure the Alumni job in Provisioning and create the InitiateAlumniExperience business rule to initiate Alumni Access.
3. Terminated one employee from Employee Central.
4. Observe that the user isn't identified as I.

Rule is skipping to evaluate employee status.

This issue was fixed by our engineering team and the fix is to be released in 2605 version. For further tracking on this fix kindly follow along with your account manager within this internal ticket: OBX-39979

Workaround: Rule should be adjusted in order not to use Employee Status
