3681883 - SEFAZ Availability Service Status is displaying incorrect status in J1BNFE - Error 96

Symptom

In sporadic cases, when the Services Availability in the SEFAZ website is green, while the transaction J1BNFE menu Goto-> Service Status shows a red light.
The SEFAZ availability status service in J1BNFE does not display the real time status of SEFAZ.
