3681899 - import job failure with correlation ID due to format issue in SAP Analytics Cloud

• Refreshing the import job fails without any error message, displaying only the correlation ID: 3243353663754101b678949857858371.
• No newer log entries exist in the data timeline of the import job.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.14.21 
• Import Data Connections (Acquiring Data)

1. Log in to the SAP Analytics Cloud tenant
2. Open the Data Management page of the Model 
3. Refresh the import job
4. Observe the failure with an empty error message: "Correlation ID: 3243353663754101b678949857858371."

• The issue is currently under investigation by the development.
