3681934 - Error "The connection to the specified message server failed. RFC_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE" In S/4HANA On-Premise Connection - SAP Datasphere

Symptom

When validate the S/4HANA On-Premise connection in Datasphere, below error message is displayed in the details:

Connection "<Connection_Name>" is valid, but not all features are available.
- Data flows can’t be used because of errors in the connection.
- Replication flows can’t be used because of errors in the connection.
- Remote tables are enabled.

Data Flows: Cause: ABAP connector(Axino) ABAP connection check FAILED: request failed: rc=1, msg="Message: Opening connection to backend failed: \nLOCATION CPIC (TCP/IP) on local host\nERROR The connection to the specified message server\n (XXXXXXX) failed.\n Please check the trace file of the message server\n Please check hostname and/or service for typing errors\n Please check whether a network filter has been activated\n (parameter ms/acl_file_int)\nTIME <Time>\nRELEASE 753\nCOMPONENT MS (message hand\nCode: RFC_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE"
