• One-time payment displays all pay components regardless of country specific configuration.
• The issue happens in Quick Action Template > 'Create One Time Payment' as well.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to user's Full Profile > Compensation category > One time payment card, click Create button.
2. In the dropdown list of Type field, you can see all pay components displaying regardless country specific settings, for example, Base Salary China.
   
3. In Legacy People Profile, go to One-Time Payments card, click Pencil icon, in the dropdown list, only USA-specific pay components are displaying, such as Base Salary USA.
   

This is a known issue.

The issue will be fixed in 1H 2026 release.
