• A candidate has not entered their I-94 number and has completed the NES and the candidate is currently in the "all documents submitted" state.
• the system triggered an ineligibility status due to the missing I94 number and the "E-Verify correct data activity" was triggered.

SAP SF Onboarding 1.O

1. Navigate to the onboarding dashboard and search for the affected candidate. The candidate has completed the NES without entering their I-94 number and is currently in a signed status.
2. The system triggers an ineligibility status due to the missing I-94 number, and the "E-Verify correct data activity" is triggered.

• The candidate has not entered the I-94 number and has completed the NES.
• The customer requests to restart the candidate to the NES due to the missing I-94 number. 

1. Verify that the candidate has completed all steps and is currently in the "All Documents Submitted" status.
2. Create a service request to restart the activity on NES and remove all the completed documents so that the candidate can complete his NES with I-94.
