Symptom

In the Latest People Profile after the 2H 2025 release:

Personal Data: The field Provincial Health Insurance Number (healthcare-number) is not visible in view mode but appears in edit mode.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to any user's profile in the Latest People Profile.
  2. Go to the Personal Information block and observe that the field "Provincial Health Insurance Number" is not visible (even though permission is granted).
  3. Edit the record for any effective date.
  4. Verify that the "Provincial Health Insurance Number" field appears but positioned incorrectly.

Resolution

Product Engineering is investigating a solution.
