3681995 - Unable to remove tile(Search for xxx in Apps) from Favorites - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

  • Tiles(Search for xxx in Apps) can be added in Favorites of My Home, but cannot be accessed and removed.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Search for a app in app search bar, and save the search result as a tile.
  2. Attempt to remove the tile from Favorites in My Home. 
  3. Observe that the application cannot be removed from Favorites.

Cause

Resolution

It's a known issue and it's planned to be delivered with Hotfix Collection CE 2508 HFC11.
