3682038 - Latest Experience of Performance Forms - PDF hides all content when excluding section introductions and details

Symptom

  • When using the PDF button on the legacy performance form, users can exclude Section Introductions and Section Details while retaining goal name and rating, competency name and rating, summary rating.

  • With Experience of Performance Forms enabled, excluding Section Introductions and Section Details hides all content, and only section names are visible.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open form with Legacy UI.
  2. Click the PDF button and exclude Section Introductions and Section Details.
  3. Verify that Goal, Competency and Summary data are still visible.
  4. Enable Latest Experience of Performance Forms and open performance form.
  5. Click the PDF button and exclude Section Introductions and Section Details.
  6. Verify that all content, except of section name, is hidden.

Cause

This is a known issue. 

Resolution

This issue is tentatively planned to be fixed with 1H 2026 release.

Workaround

Disable Latest Form Experience.
