3682045 - Unparsable date exception in CPI Message mapping

Symptom

When running an iFlow, using the following type of input payload: 

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<DateMessage xmlns="http://example.com/DatePayload">
<TransactionDate>2025-11-11</TransactionDate>
</DateMessage>

The following error is observed at the Message Mapping step:

com.sap.aii.mappingtool.tf7.MessageMappingException: Runtime exception during processing target field mapping /ns1:DateMessage/ns1:TransactionDate. The root message is: Unparseable date: "2025-11-11" on the exchange: Exchange[E49E742A5A836E0-0000000000000002]
